Applications for programs are usually open by November, with some industry interships opening starting in early September. Given that, we suggest looking on forums or searching for REU programs for large universities since most of them have competitive programs. We have started a short list of internships and information about them in our resources folder, but it may be out of date. I would also recommend just searching on Google "computational biology internship" or something similar, and usually positions will show up. You could also look into different companies or universities you're interested in and look at their careers page
